[BUG] Rankings page shows outdated data (not refreshing)

Rankings page shows data from ~2 hours ago even after a hard refresh. Noticed on both S1 and S2. Cleared cache, issue persists.

Rankings cache TTL was incorrectly set to 7200 seconds instead of 300. Patched in the latest deploy. Rankings now refresh every 5 minutes.
